EAT WELL PACKAGES

Food as Medicine: Cut through the confusion & enjoy eating confidently.

Using Food for Fuel and Function: Nutrition is the source of energy that is required to carry out all the processes of the human body and is considered one of the strongest and most adjustable environmental factors that could be used to increase performance and reduce the burden of disease during an individual’s entire life. Understanding the foundational concepts of nutrition is considered one of the best investments a patient can ever make regarding their health and wellness journey, regardless of their personal goals. “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.” - Hippocrates

Exactly Where You Should Be:

When you’re true to who you are, you can be true to where you are. Our coaching services are purposely designed for patients who take their health and their goals seriously. This coaching package can be a truly disruptive and transformative process for those willing to fully invest in themselves.

What to Expect:

Coaching participants should expect to be asked to make realistic and gradual changes tailored to their specific health goals and lifestyle. These changes may include adjusting portion sizes, incorporating more whole foods such as fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins, reducing processed foods, and staying mindful of hydration. They might also be encouraged to adopt meal planning strategies, practice mindful eating, and keep a food journal to track progress. The recommendations will be personalized, with an emphasis on sustainable, long-term habits rather than restrictive diets, and patients should be prepared to schedule ongoing support and accountability to help them achieve their desired outcomes.

This signature program was professionally designed for:

Patients willing to complete and submit a 7-Day food journal prior to the first in-person coaching session, which takes around 5 minutes per day, on average, to complete.

Patients willing to collect biometric data by wearing a Whoop biometric device, complete the daily journal inside the app, and submit the downloadable weekly/monthly reports to our clinic.

Patients who are highly motivated and dedicated to evaluating their case with great depth and specificity. Successful management of such cases requires appropriate assessments and follow-ups for course correction.

Patients with humility, coachability, transparency, and honesty, who are hungry to learn and experiment with new concepts including changes in grocery shopping, cooking, portions and meal timing.

Patients willing to make significant long-term lifestyle changes, especially focused around nutrition, sleep and circadian rhythm regulation, stress management, and exercise.

Patients willing to collect blood sugar (CGM) biometrics through Nutrisense or Stelo, if indicated, with management of such cases requiring appropriate ongoing follow-ups for course correction.

Knowledge is Power

Eat Well 1

Eat Well 1 provides a comprehensive foundation in nutrition for making informed dietary choices to improve long-term holistic health.

  • Macronutrition:
Understand the roles of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats in energy production, muscle building, and overall health, and learn how to balance them in daily meals.

    Micronutrition:
Identify the importance of vitamins, minerals, and other essential nutrients for immune function, metabolism, and cellular health, and recognize signs of deficiency.

    Nutrient Timing:
Learn how the timing of meals and nutrient intake impacts energy levels, exercise performance, and recovery, and optimize eating patterns for personal goals.

    Phytonutrients:
Discover the health benefits of plant-based compounds (e.g., antioxidants, anti-inflammatory agents) found in fruits, vegetables, and herbs, and how they support disease prevention and overall wellness.

  • Improve Understanding of Macronutrient Balance
Participants can accurately describe the roles of carbohydrates, proteins, fiber and fats in the body, creating a balanced meal plan with appropriate macronutrient proportions based on their individual needs and goals. Hydration is also discussed.

Enhance Knowledge of Micronutrients and Deficiencies
Participants can identify essential vitamins and minerals and their functions in the body, along with common signs of micronutrient deficiencies and course-correct appropriate food sources or supplements to address them.

Optimize Nutrient Timing for Health and Performance
Participants can explain and consistently execute the concept of nutrient timing and its importance for energy, performance, and recovery, developing a meal timing strategy that aligns with their personal health or fitness goals.

Promote the Benefits of Phytonutrients for Disease Prevention
Participants can identify at least three different categories of phytonutrients and their specific health benefits, incorporating more phytonutrient-rich foods (e.g., colorful fruits and vegetables) into their daily diet and track progress over time.

  • Cardiometabolic Panel
Assesses key biomarkers related to heart health, blood sugar regulation, and metabolic function. This comprehensive test helps identify risk factors for cardiovascular disease, insulin resistance, inflammation, and other metabolic imbalances.

    Methylation Panel
Identifies imbalances in DNA methylation, which can affect detoxification, hormone regulation, neurotransmitter function, and gene expression.

    Micronutrient Panel
Measures the levels of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and other essential nutrients in the body. This test identifies deficiencies or imbalances that may impact immune function, energy levels, metabolism, and overall health.

    Polygenic Risk Assessment
Evaluates multiple genetic variants to determine an individual's predisposition to various health conditions, such as heart disease, diabetes, or autoimmune disorders.
