MOVE WELL PACKAGES
Doctor-Designed Exercise Prescription for General and Special Populations
Move Well takes an individualized approach to exercise coaching by professionally assessing, educating, and prescribing exercise with ongoing support for patients of all ages and abilities regarding their fitness needs and overall health.
Exactly Where You Should Be:
When you’re true to who you are, you can be true to where you are. Our coaching services are purposely designed for patients who take their health and their goals seriously. We emphasize transformative over transactional coaching methods, and like all of our coaching packages, this can be a truly empowering and life-changing experience for those willing to fully invest in themselves.
What to Expect:
Move Well participants should expect to make realistic and gradual changes tailored to their specific health goals and lifestyle. Our personalized exercise prescriptions are initially formulated from a comprehensive interview and evaluation, including a physical examination, measurements in body composition, and a fitness evaluation, with re-evaluations and check-ins taking place throughout the program. They will be encouraged to adopt personalized sports nutrition strategies, consistently record/submit regular Whoop biometrics (including strain, recovery, and sleep performance), and record/submit their daily nutrition and exercise in a provided journal to track performance and progress. The exercise prescriptions will be personalized and well-rounded, including resistance exercise, cardiovascular exercise, and mobility/flexibility exercises, with an emphasis on sustainable, long-term habits and patient education instead of short-term quick-results programs, and patients should be prepared to be held accountable in scheduling ongoing check-ins to help them achieve their desired outcomes.
This signature program was professionally designed for:
Patients willing to complete and submit multiple questionnaires prior to the first in-person coaching session, which takes around 30 minutes, on average, to complete.
Participants willing to collect biometric data by wearing a Whoop biometric device, complete the daily journal inside the app, and submit the downloadable reports to our clinic throughout the program.
Patients who are highly motivated and dedicated to evaluating their case with great depth and specificity. Successful management of of such cases requires appropriate assessments and follow-ups for course correction.
Patients with humility, transparency, and honesty, who are hungry to learn, ready to be challenged, and experiment with new concepts related to strength and conditioning.
Patients willing to make significant long-term lifestyle changes, especially focused around nutrition, sleep and circadian rhythm regulation, stress management, and exercise.
Patients willing to commit to a (minimum) 12 week mesocycle (exercise program), with the availability to exercise 3-5 days/week for 12 weeks, including resistance, mobility and cardiovascular exercises.

“I'm so thankful to have found Dr. Jason. Our sessions are one of the things I look forward to most when it comes to functional and preventative health. He is a wealth of knowledge and embodies every aspect of what our healthcare system should be. I work in the fitness industry and I'm constantly telling my clients to find a doctor that genuinely cares about their patients and works for them. One that strives to find the root cause of symptoms and prescribes manageable lifestyle changes to combat those symptoms and live a long, healthy life. Dr. Jason is exactly that. I can't recommend him enough to those who want to take control of their own health.”
